Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I ship worldwide. If you're from the UK, however, please visit my Etsy shop (due to Brexit tax rules).
When will my order be shipped?
I always ship the orders within 2 to 5 working days.
How long does it take to arrive?
I ship all order untracked. Because of this, I cannot give you a precise estimated delivery time. However, from previous contact with customers I can give you some idea about how long certain orders may take to arrive. PLEASE take this into account when ordering presents etc:
The Netherlands - 1 to 4 business days
Europe - 3 to 15 business days
North America - 1 to 5 weeks
Australia & New Zealand - 2 to 6 weeks
Asia & South America - 2 to 6 weeks
**Important** the envelopes will NOT have a tracking number, however, this means that there is a small risk of losing your package in the mail. If you think that this has happened to your package, please contact me at info@basicallybritt.nl for further information.

What do I do if I think my package got lost/damaged in the mail?

Can I return items?
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact me at info@basicallybritt.nl. If your return is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
